Read our top ten tunes to run to.A poll of thousands of marathon runners found that the cheesy 80s hit – which is the theme tune to Rocky III – was the hit they most liked to have on their iPods while jogging.

It beat classics like Queen’s Don’t Stop Me Now and Keep on Running by the Spencer Davis Group to the finishing line.

So why did it win? I mean, it’s not as if you can expect small children running alongside you as you climb the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art , is it?

Wine\'s flavour can be changed depending on the music you\'re hearing. It may sound bizarre and, personally, I’d have thought it would be the other way around, but apparently music can enhance the taste and flavour of your favourite wine.

A study by Herriott Watt University in Edinburgh found that changes in taste of up to 60% could occur when differing background melodies were heard.

The heady red wine cabernet sauvignon and the light white chardonnay were two of the vinos in question.

Cheryl Cole feels fat and spotty

http://www.dietpixie.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/06/cheryl-william.jpgWha…?! Yes, more from Mrs Cole, but we’ve seen the visitor stats and we know you eat her up, so here’s some more:

Despite her skinny little frame attracting criticism and snarky blog posts (soz), the new X Factor judge has been telling anyone who’ll listen that she has her fat and spotty days.

She’s already said that she hates her legs – which are lovely, note please – and now she’s admitted to feeling insecure about her looks.

Apparently, her love rat husband, Ashley Cole, prefers her to look like all the girls I see in my local precinct pushing prams with their smoking hand:

“When I’ve got no make-up on, hair scraped off my head, he always says ‘Oh, you look cute!’ because it’s the complete opposite to how he’s used to seeing me every day.”

She told Heat:

“There will be times when I’ve got changed three of more times before I leave the house.

“Could be hormones, bad hair day, feel fat or spotty. I have it all.

“I’ve got a new fondness for high-waisted jeans because they make my legs look longer.”

But they make your trunk look short?!
