Scouser, Keith Sorrell, says he’s eaten nothing but the chocolatey goodness of Mars bars every day for the last 17 years of working, resting and playing. So far, he’s not dead.
Keith, 37, who is only 14 stone despite consuming around 3,500 calories of chocolate each day, says his addiction began as a school kid.
“All my pocket money went on them and one day I realised I couldn’t get by without them.
“Now I can easily polish off 12 a day, more at weekends. I’m totally addicted.”
You won’t be surprised to hear that doner kebabs are really, really bad for you - it’s something that everybody is aware of.
But do you know exactly how much fat is in one of these late-night mistakes?
Double your daily allowance, that’s how much. Or, in real terms, 139g of pure fat. Disgusting!
In other horror statistics, an average kebab contains 10g of salt - you shouldn’t be eating any more than 6g each day - and 25% of the entire kebab is made up of fat. Feeling sick yet?
You don’t have to spend hours on the treadmill or go on a punishing diet to start getting into shape.
The road to better health can start with adding simple things into your daily routine – like chewing your food longer, taking deeper breaths and cutting down on how much alcohol you thrown down your neck.

A new study has dredged up some startling results for expectant mothers or women who are trying for a baby - the types of food that you eat at the time of conception may help to determine the sex of your baby.
“If you want a boy, eat a healthy diet with a high calorie intake, including breakfast,” says Fiona Mathews, the lead researcher from Exeter University. Conversely, it seems that cutting down your calories, and increasing your intake of healthy fruit and vegetables - as all expectant mums should do - makes it likely you’ll be making a baby girl.
There are a number of factors determine how many calories you should consume per day, here’s a run-through of what to consider.

His wife Nancy, 45, already has grown-up children and cannot have more biologically after having a hysterectomy.
