Despite sounding like a snazzy belt, a gastric band is actually a very serious bit of kit that involves a hardcore (and dangerous) operation.
The more observant of you may have noticed it has been a while since we posted a new story.
This is basically because DietPixie currently has no editor. Our former editor, Holly, recently had a baby and understandably found the stresses and strains of juggling the demands of a full-time job, website and motherhood a little too much.
