Sex And The City girls reveal their diet secrets

Ever wondered how Carrie Bradshaw and the gang stay so slim?
The ladies from Sex And The City, whose new movie is the talk of the town after the London premiere last week, have revealed their diet and fitness secrets.
And you might be surprised to learn that they don’t necessarily rely on lettuce leaves and hours in the gym, like many other celebs.
Sarah Jessica Parker (aka Carrie) is a tiny size 6 and keeps trim by being constantly active, says Closer magazine. She walks everywhere rather than taking the lift or hailing a cab, as well as cutting out alcohol and eating whatever she likes but in moderation. It sounds so easy!
Kristin Davis, who plays Charlotte, likes Pilates to keep her size 10 figure nicely toned. She makes sure to never skip a meal, as this leads to snacking, and she always allows herself treats in an effort to stop cravings. Good call.
Now to the maneater… sexy lady Kim Cattrall has almost ten years on the rest of the gang, but keeps herself looking and feeling young by doing a hell of a lot of cardio exercise. This helps to kickstart her metabolism and works well with her favourite healthy foods - salmon, vegetables and berries, washed down with lots of water.
Last, but by no means least, Cynthia Nixon is a bit of an exercise buff. She’s got a personal trainer
and likes to take her exercise as slowly as possible - apparently this makes you really work all of your muscle groups. Like Kristin Davis, Cynthia likes to listen to her body and eat whatever she wants, apparently.
Well, it looked like SJP had grown some organic salad for them all at the premiere last week…

I’m so glad the girls report such a balanced way of life. There’s not a fad diet in sight, pity the other celebs wouldn’t follow suit!

I always thought I was huge to those women…and though the sizes might be false to know that as a size 10 I acctually resemble a real woman makes me very happy. Actual success with balance can be overlooked or under estimated if one is caught up in not being “small enough”. Its so refreshing to hear about healthy women as my personal goddesses

well, if what they say is true then way to go girls!!! I think the world now is shiffting into more healthy look rather than those walking bones they call super models.
But do you really think that Sarah J Parker is a size 6 ??? unless these are UK sizes which will make her a US Size 2 because they way she looks is not at all a size 6 to me. As well as for Kristin Davis who is surely much thinner than I am and I wear a US size 8.
