    I think the personal trainer and the organic foods etc. that she ate were more to try and carry the child to full-term. She has said she was totally devastated by her miscarriages, so it only holds that this time round she would do everything possible to carry the child to completion.
    And those yoga classes she is going to–they are designed for post baby. They are gentle and don’t work the stomach muscles as much as do some stretching etc. to keep the body limber. Call the gym she goes to and check it out.
