How Jessica Alba lost the baby weight

We know she’s a fan of breast feeding, but how else did she shed all that pregnancy pudge? Her personal trainer has been blabbing.
She’s lost 25lbs - nearly two stone - in the two months since Honor Marie was born.
Just last week the Famous Four actress showed off her slinky bod at the ALMA Awards, and new mums everywhere have been looking for the heads up on her rapid downsize.
“Jessica went from a size 8 to a size 4 pretty quickly,” Ramona Braganza, Jessica Alba’s trainer told People.com.
She’s been eating according to Braganza’s 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone plan - low-fat, low-carb - and training hard on an elliptical machine and treadmill at her home. Jessica, 27, follows a routine of core exercises, cardio and circuit training.
“The baby always comes first, but Jessica definitely set goals for herself,” says Braganza.
“She loves working out with a girlfriend.
“Jessica has made amazing progress in a very short time.”
Indeed she has.
