Britney Spears blows £11k getting sexy back

She’s chucking K-Fed his £20,000 a month and propping up the local Starbucks but Britney still has money to burn, and she’s burning it on getting rid of her pot belly and back fat.
After she was pictured with enough of a gut to spark some pretty believable pregnancy rumours, Britney took the bull by the horns and signed up to a £11,000-a-month diet and exercise regime.
After hitting the 10st 4lbs mark during her custody battle with walking punchline, Kevin Federline, she’s now a tanned, toned, teeny 9st.
So what does eleven grand buy the average disgraced celebrity? Well according to Closer magazine £5,000 goes on a nutritionist and diet supplements, £4,000 on a personal trainer and £2,000 on a private dance choreographer.
A ’source’ told Closer:
“She limits herself to 1400 calories a day with one ‘cheat day’ where she’ll treat herself.
“She also changed the way she eats, trying to have only two thirds of what is on her plate. It’s all about portion control and fresh food now. And lots of water in place of Red Bull.”
Ah Red Bull. Nothing says classy young mum like an energy drink.
Apparently she also snacks on edame beans, even though they taste like vomit (just our opinion) and steamed fish á la Victoria Beckham.
Her personal trainer is James Van Daff, who also trains the slim but slutty Pussycat Dolls.
She also does three-hour dance classes six times a week. Crumbs.
The source continues on: “Britney piled on a lot of weight earlier this year. She was so stressed about the custody case and her medication for her bipolar disorder also made her put on weight. She was tired of being flabby and wanted to do something about it.
“Britney is so proud of herself because her ab muscles are back.
“She’s feeling better than she has in ages.”
We heart you Britney, you’re just keepin’ on keepin’ on. Huzzah.
