‘Chef’ Isaac Hayes looks to have died from stroke

The legendary soul singer, Scientologist and South Park favourite was found dead at his Memphis home on Sunday, the cause of death has now been announced as stroke.
No autopsy was carried out but the cause of death was given as a stroke in the paperwork filed by the Hayes’ family doctor, who had been treating Isaac for high blood pressure.
According to the Guardian, paramedics were called and the 65-year-old Shaft singer was found next to a treadmill.
This wasn’t the first time he’d suffered a stroke, having had one in 2006.
Hayes had just finished filming Soul Men, with also dead Bernie Mac, so there’s a couple of Oscars right there.
