Katie Ho-ho-holmes’s green diet

Despite apparent baby plans, Katie Holmes is pin-slim thanks to a combo of jogging and a raw veggie diet based on broccoli.
Katie is three-stone lighter thanks to her super-strict eating plan, dubbed the ‘KH’ diet.
The KH plan starts with a breakfast bowl of, err, carrot soup.
Raw broccoli is both the lunch order and the dinner option at Chez Cruise-Holmes.
To add a bit of essential protein, KH includes small amounts of tofu or fish, but organic broccoli is the prime element.
Sources say TomKat are buying organic broccoli “by the bucketload”.
An insider told the Daily Star, “Katie has had a hectic few months and as well as running around after Suri, she has been juggling work with a strict exercise plan.”
