Jennifer Lopez gets up at 4am and loses 10lbs a week

It’s little more than a month since Jennifer Lopez hoofed out twins, Max and Emme, and she’s already exercising like there’s no tomorrow. This is despite doctors advising all new mums to wait at least six weeks after giving birth before resuming exercise.
Apparently J-Lo is dragging herself out of bed at 4am each day, and knocking out three hours of exercise while most of us are still in the land of nod. She reportedly put on 4st during her pregnancy, which isn’t really surprising considering she was eating for three.
Our favourite Latino diva cracks on with Pilates, boxing, running up and down stairs and exercise bike sessions, reckon Closer magazine. Jen’s high-intensity fitness plan, alongside limiting herself to just 1400 calories a day, led Mrs Marc Anthony to lose a whopping 10lbs each week.
“Jen doesn’t allow herself any sugar, caffeine or alochol, and only drinks purified water. When the twins were born, friends sent her boxes of chocolates, but she made her assistant bin them,” reckons a source.
We’d be the last to say that J-Lo doesn’t do things by half, but getting up at 4am every day to start exercising? We’d rather stick to supping a cup of green tea with our breakfast and thinking about going for a jog.
And lest we forget, she is, of course, still Jenny from the block.
