How breastfeeding helped Jessica Alba shed baby weight

Want to know how Jessica Alba lost her baby weight in eight weeks?
Well, according to the Fantastic Four actress, it’s all thanks to breastfeeding.
Alba was pictured recently looking ultra-slim – despite only giving birth to daughter Honor Marie in June.
And the Hollywood star is convinced that breast-feeding helped her shed the pounds quickly.
“I lost the tummy just breastfeeding,” she said. “I wear a band that my girlfriend wore after she gave birth.”
Pretty impressive results purely from breastfeeding, I think you would agree.
However, Alba did admit to doing a little exercise as well.
“I do cardio on my own,” she added. “I’m doing it slow.”
Still, with so many things going for her, you would think the pretty actress would actually manage a smile now and then.
But then again, she might still be meditating. Alba is a big fan of yoga and used breathing exercises to get her through child birth - without making a sound.
She told OK! magazine, “I didn’t scream. It was really Zen. I wanted to do it naturally.
“The labor was more like meditation. I did yoga breathing. I was focused.”

No sound during delivery? Amazing …. and bizarre, if you ask me. I find screaming to be a great release during labor. I hear Scientology members do the no-sound birth as well. (Maybe Alba’s a member, too?)
And, as for women who say breastfeeding making the weight just fall off, that’s something I will never understand. I breastfed all of my children and, if anything, the weight stuck on me longer.
