Flagging willies cured by lady exercises

Blokes suffering with impotence can be cured through pelvic floor exercises normally associated with women’s bits. In fact, the exercises are said to be as powerful a treatment as Viagra.
Women are taught to contract their internal muscles (similar to stopping yourself mid-pee) to help get back to normal after having a baby. In men, the exercises are similar to those of the All Blacks rugby team’s Haka.
Impotence and erectile dysfunction is a common complaint among men of all ages. In younger guys, anxiety and stress is the likely cause, while in older chaps it can be linked to physical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure or heart problems.
The best solution seems to be an increased blood flow, which is exactly what Viagra does. But it’s always best for the bod – especially the liver – to use drug free treatments where possible, especially when side-effects are experienced, and a bit of flexing and clenching could hold the key.
A study published in the British Journal of General Practice, found that around 40% of the men who kept to the muscle exercise regime for three months got their full sexual ‘function’ back, and 30% more had improved function.
These results are pretty much identical to those of research into Viagra.
Pelvic floor exercises can help incontinence in men and women, and may help men suffering impotence and incontinence following prostate surgery. Further studies are now taking place in 30 trial centres across the UK.
