Elizabeth Taylor is on life support

The original Hollywood glamour puss, who had multiple husbands and on-set shenanigans when Angelina Jolie was a twinkle in a (Midnight) cowboy’s eye, is looking close to the edge.
The frail 76-year-old was diagnosed with pneumonia last week, and was put on a life support machine after suffering congestive heart failure.
She’s joined in hospital by her children, who had been warned she may not survive – according to the National Enquirer.
The actress, made an honorary Dame by the Queen in 2000, has fought back and is now, apparently, breathing on her own.
Despite denying many of the suggestions of serious ill health, it is known that Taylor has diabetes, congenital heart failure and two false hips. She has broken her back five times, had a benign brain tumour removed 11 years ago, survived skin cancer and has been confined to a wheelchair because of osteoporosis.
As famous for her off-screen loves (married eight times, twice to Richard Burton) as her acting, she was pretty good at both – getting an Oscar twice.
Get well soon, Liz, we loves ya, even if you did have Michael Jackson’s back during that bit of bother he had…
