Celeb health round-up: mental, mental and preggers

Kerry Katona thinks she’s a burger, Amy Winehouse fagging it up in Frankie Howerd’s house and Jennifer Garner is probably preggers.

Yeah, so the split rumours are probably not true - although pregnancy hormones do make us ladies very, very crotchety - and instead Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are having a baby. Possibly.

According to US tabloids, Garner is three months gone and over the moon. She has been pictured wearing baggy clothes but without the look of shame that accompanies non-pregnancy celebrity weight gain.

A spokesperson refused to confirm or deny. It’s a done deal.

Less definite is the story that Amy Winehouse might enter rehab in Frankie Howerd’s old house.

Whaaaaaaat?

Howerd’s friend, Chris Byrne, who owns the house is thinking about (the story gets shakier and shakier) turning it into a drying out clinic and if so, Amy Winehouse might (the story is dead in the water) go there. According to her mum. Possibly.

And finally our favourite mental celebrity story this week. Kerry Katona reckons going to the Priory is just like going to Butlin’s.

This is perfect because a) despite The Priory costing thousands to stay in and having manicured gardens and deluxe buildings, her only frame of reference for a holiday stay is Butlin’s.

And b) because wrapped up in the story was a dismissal of rumours of hubbie Mark Croft’s cheating. During this dismissal - on her horribly titled new show Kerry Katona: The Afterbirth - she uttered the immortal words:

“Why would he go out for a burger when he’s got steak at home?”
