What will be America’s next top diet?

What do Alicia Keys, Kayne West and Jessica Simpson all have in common?
Hit parade aside, they’re all said to be fans of the Five Factor Diet, America’s new diet sweetheart.
The Five Factor Diet was put together by Harley Pasternak, a favourite celeb trainer stateside, and it’s spreading throughout Tinseltown.
How does it work?
The diet is made up of five meals a day, each containing five parts:

Protein
-
Healthy Fat
-
Low Glycaemic Carbs
-
Fibre
-
Sugar-free Drink
Of course, it couldn’t just be that ’simple’ - five factor fans need to get moving too. However, in line with the title, each workout is 25 minutes and is based on work with a dumbbell and a bench.
And, yes, still sticking with the five theme, it’s claimed that you’ll see results in, you guessed it, five weeks.
But the real sweetener, and the selling point which may see Harley hitting the UK hard, is the once-a-week cheat day. Hurrah!
