Angelina Jolie has post-natal depression, say sources

It seems Angelina Jolie is human after all.
There was us thinking that the Lara Croft star was finding juggling motherhood, her career and various charity commitments a breeze.
Not so, say sources close to Angelina and Brad, who have revealed the reason we have not seen her much since the birth of the ridiculously-named twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon is because they are driving her potty.
Now we all know kids can be a bit of a pain in the arse sometimes. But when you are a superstar like Angelina Jolie, you would have thought the nannies would have been able to handle it for her.
Apparently not, and with the newborn twins crying all the time because they allegedly have colic, it’s taking its toll on sad Jolie.
In fact, according to InTouch Weekly, their distress is sending Angelina Jolie into ‘depression mode’. Their words, not ours.
They also say her constant mood swings “have been hard on the entire family”.
The source added: “She has been staying in bed most of the time, all she does is sleep. She has little energy and has to force herself to remember to eat because she is still breastfeeding.
“She cries at the drop of a hat and laughs at inappropriate times. Everyone is hoping she will talk to someone about how she is feeling.”
So where is Brad Pitt in all this? Well, like any self-respecting bloke whose wife is clearly going a bit loopy, he has buggered off to basically any film festival he can.
In fact, don’t be surprised if you see him at your local supermarket opening in the next few days.
This is obviously, not going down well with Jolie, who in between sleeping, crying and slowly rocking herself to sleep, has been letting rip to friends.
These ‘friends’ have then gone and told everyone with a mild interest in the couple what she has been saying, which goes something like this.
“He had the kids without the pain of birth and he can just jet off whenever he feels like it.”
Or something like that.
